Nook Pools & Spas was created from a simple idea: the spaces around a home should feel intentional, calming, and connected to the way we actually live. A pool is a big part of that picture, and when it is chosen and specified well, it shapes the entire feel of the home. Founded by Paul, Nook Pools & Spas combines thoughtful design, creative thinking and a love for transforming overlooked spaces into places people genuinely enjoy spending time in. Based in the Illawarra, we serve homeowners throughout Wollongong and surrounding areas. As local pool builders Wollongong residents can rely on, we understand the specific challenges of coastal conditions, sloping blocks, and council requirements.

Bec keeps everything moving
Bec joined Nook Pools & Spas in 2026 to keep things organised behind the scenes, so our customers and projects keep moving smoothly as we grow.
She comes to Nook after years running a busy team of her own: rosters, shifts, suppliers and a room full of customers every day. Keeping a lot of moving parts on time, with people at the centre of it, is exactly what a pool build needs.
Working closely with Paul and the wider team, Bec looks after:
- Ordering. Coordinating equipment, materials and project orders.
- Scheduling. Managing upcoming jobs and key dates.
- Lead management. Entering new enquiries and keeping them up to date.
- Appointment booking. Booking site visits and sales appointments.
